However she then performed a dramatic about-face and requested that her lawsuit against the comedians be dismissed with prejudice.

'My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us,' said the plaintiff, who had sued as Jane Doe.

Later that year, Tiffany remarked that she had 'lost everything, all my gigs, going, everything, gone' in the wake of the scandal, via TMZ. 

She shared that she was 'relieved' at the dismissal of the lawsuit and was principally 'concerned about the kids,' adding that she no longer speaks to Aries Spears.
